Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence.

Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived, contact us promptly.
We will investigate and resolve.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery.
Same-day orders can not be canceled.
Important
The EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to perishable goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
