Shipping & Delivery Policy
We are pleased to offer same-day delivery to the areas listed below, Monday to Saturday, for orders placed before 2:00pm.
Standard delivery fee is €9.50

All of our flowers are freshly prepared to order and delivered with the utmost care. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will make every effort to contact them using the details provided. Where appropriate, and to ensure the flowers are received promptly, we may leave the arrangement with a trusted neighbour.
In the event that delivery cannot be completed, the flowers will be returned to our shop and we will arrange a convenient redelivery.
We take great pride in our work and are committed to ensuring your flowers arrive beautifully presented and in perfect condition.

We deliver to selected locations within County Kildare. If unsure, please contact us before ordering
We do not offer nationwide or international delivery.
Orders placed outside our delivery area may be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery Times
Deliveries are made during business hours. Same-day delivery is available before our cut-off time. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Recipient Unavailable
If the recipient is not available, we may:
- Leave in a safe place
- Leave with a neighbour or receptionist
- Leave a card for re-delivery
- Delivery will be considered complete.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Funeral Deliveries
We aim to deliver before the service time. Please provide full funeral details.
Hospital Deliveries
Subject to hospital rules. Some wards may not accept flowers.
Incorrect Details
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
