Terms of Service – Fleming Florist
Overview
This website is operated by Fleming Florist (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Products
Flowers are natural products and may vary in colour, size, and appearance
Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made where necessary
Products are subject to availability
2. Orders
Orders are only accepted once confirmed by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT
Delivery is charged separately
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver on the requested date but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
Recipient Unavailable
If the recipient is not available, we may:
- Leave the order in a safe place
- Leave with a neighbour or receptionist
- Leave a card to arrange re-delivery
Delivery will be considered complete in these cases.
Funeral & Sympathy Deliveries
We will make every effort to deliver before the service time.
Customers must provide:
- Name of the deceased
- Venue details
- Service date and time
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Hospital Deliveries
Hospital deliveries depend on hospital policies.
We are not responsible where delivery cannot be completed due to restrictions.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery.
Same-day orders may not be cancellable.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
We may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Liability
We are not liable for delays or issues outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under Irish consumer law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Irish law.
